Join us for a storytime celebration. Enjoy a Back to School Storytime at Central with award-winning author Angela Shanté as brings her noisy class to library out loud. The Pop-Up Storytime program focuses on the theme, "Back to School," in an effort to help parents and students prepare for the upcoming school year.
Access to the author event is free and audience members may reserve a book signing ticket or Cultural Pass for chances to win author exclusives. When you register, you will have the option to request a book bundle from Central Library, purchase the featured books from Scribes & Vibes Bookshop, or contribute to the adopt a book program. You do not have to place a book bundle on hold, purchase a book, or make a monetary donation to attend in-person author events or virtual author visits, however, reservations for the July 27th storytime celebration are recommended.
Reserve your seat now, then prepare to join us for a morning filled with library fun. It is free and open to the public and patrons are free to use public paid parking, rideshares, and/or Marta.

MOBILE TICKETING & REGISTRATION TYPES
Culture Pass:
The "Culture Pass" serves as our general admission ticket. Your general admission ticket will allow you to join us during the Back to School Storytime at Central Library. This ticket provides an opportunity for you to secure free tickets to the library program.
Backstage Pass:
The "Backstage Pass" serves as our book signing ticket. Your book signing ticket will allow you to attend the library event and enter the book signing line. This ticket type provides an opportunity for you to meet the author and get your books personalized.
PRE-ORDER BOOKS
To purchase signed copies of the book featured during this author event, you may visit the Scribes & Vibes Bookshop or select a book signing ticket with your Eventbrite registration. Copies of Angela Shanté's The Noisy Classroom books will be available for pick after the pop-up storytime program on July 27, 2023 at Central Library. Signed copies delivered to virtual audience members will not be personalized.
Proceeds from your book purchase(s) will benefit the Atlanta-Fulton Public Library Foundation.
