SHIPPING & REFUNDS

After placing your book order, allow 1-3 business days to check inventory, fulfill your order, and email your order status. Due to COVID-19 [reduced staff] and high order volume, our shipping are receiving delays. Although we do our best to estimate your delivery date, we respectfully request that allow 3-5 business days to complete your delivery.

 

Please note: Shipping is currently only offered within the United States and business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the United States Post Office, UPS, FedEx, and/or any additional shipping partner.

To avoid delays and ensure that you have a pleasant Scribes & Vibes experience, please confirm the order and shipping information are correct before completing your order. 

We do our best to provide all the information needed to place your order - including product descriptions and the condition of the product (if used) and regret to inform that we do not offer refunds at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless an error was made on behalf of Scribes & Vibes. 

If you need to cancel your order BEFORE it ships, please contact info@scribesandvibes.com with your order number in subject line within 24 hours.
