OUR STORY

The Blerd and the Beautiful is a collective of Black nerds and beautiful souls. We celebrate Black cultural expression and work to prevent childhood bullying through communities of acceptance and belonging.

PROTECT BLACK NERDHOOD

BLERD + BEAUTIFUL BOOK CLUB 

The Blerd + Beautiful Book Club celebrates the joy of reading and Black cultural expression.

We amplify Black voices on the First Friday via First Chapter Fridays, a reception for the book of the month selection.

The book club meets on the Fourth Friday to discuss books that amplify Black stories and storytellers.
