Award-winning author and poet Kwame Alexander is set to discuss life and literature with WABE's Rose Scott at Central Library in Atlanta. Join us for an author talk. Enjoy an intimate conversation between Kwame Alexander and Rose Scott as they discuss his latest book, Why Fathers Cry at Night: A Memoir in Love Poems, Recipes, Letters, and Remembrances.
The August 7, 2023, author talk begins at 6:00 PM. Tickets to the library event are available on Eventbrite. It is free and open to the public and patrons are free to use public paid parking, rideshares, and/or Marta. When you register you will have the option to buy books from Scribes & Vibes Bookshop. However, a purchase is not required to attend.
